Arizona Kitchen in Norderstedt

Even if the incident is older and hopefully the waiter no longer works there, the behavior was very questionable. The waiter refused to tip my companion when paying the bill, as it was less than 10%. He only accepts tips if it is over 10%. The food was good though. However, there is a 2 star deduction for the service and is also a reason to go to another restaurant.

American cuisine with a little pep. The food is accordingly in the style of Arizona: Spicy. Whether spare ribs, chicken wings or classic salads, everything tastes good here!

A pleasant and relaxing stay our case without a reservation. Friendly and quick service. Drinks selection ok and food was presented in an appetizing manner. Unfortunately the meat for the burger was done (probably Konvinens) and therefore a bit dry. Will definitely try it again, but then something different from the menu.

The food is always delicious. I especially like the rips a lot better than in other restaurants in the area.

There were three of us today to treat ourselves to something delicious again before it closed. The menu wasn't particularly appealing, so it took us a little longer. The kitchen then took all the longer to prepare our selection, we waited about 35 minutes. The mozzarella sticks were very tasty and nicely presented as a starter, but the main dishes were not. My burger came in half and was left alone on its large plate. My friend's rump steak also made a lonely impression, unfortunately there was no salad with it. In summary, we paid € 90 for three dishes with a side dish and also three drinks and are quite satisfied, but far from enthusiasm. The Ipanema should be highlighted because it was actually very good.

The shop was full, 2 waitresses and she was super friendly and calm, although the rush and demand for her was strong. TOP SERVICE TOP SPARE RIBS delicious food 👍

Quite remote in an industrial area, but as soon as you step into the restaurant you step into the world of the Arizona Kitchen. Well, individually and appropriately furnished. The type of food follows the name and the price-performance ratio is okay. A large terrace and another outdoor area invite you to sit outside and eat when the weather is nice. A great, and quite large, bar invites you to "just" have a drink, such as one of the many cocktails. At times of soccer games, games are shown over sky. Access is not barrier-free for wheelchair users, and the way to the toilets can only be reached via stairs.

A very nice waitress who deserves a good rating, the food was okay. However, we completely missed the implementation of the current hygiene rules. That has to be worked on!

We went to eat there yesterday .. We got wonderful service. The waiters make everything possible and extra requests are always fulfilled, as far as it is not beyond the scope. The drinks are super tasty and the food is always very fresh and tasty ... Always my pleasure

Delicious selection of dishes, something for everyone, the portions won't leave you hungry, competent service, inside and outside you sit comfortably and feel good ...

Had the nachos with beef and cheese beforehand. The nachos weren't crispy at all, more like cardboard. The cheese probably only consisted of a slice that was placed over it and baked. This made it impossible to really get the nachos apart. Minced meat was a maximum of 40gr. . The main course was 400gr. Spare ribs and 300gr. Chicken wings. I thought the ribs were already dry until I tried the wings. Never had anything so dry and tough. You feel sorry for the animals that gave their lives for it. The BBQ sauce apparently consisted of ketchup which was minimally pimped. Only the two swimming pool cocktails were good. The Pina Colada, on the other hand, only tasted like frozen Yoguhrt. No or little alcohol and no coconut flavor In addition, there is nothing on the homepage that there is only a reduced Corona card. Many dishes and cocktails could not be ordered. Something should be pointed out. Then it wouldn't be a problem Conclusion: It's a shame to have to leave so much money there. Definitely not worth it. Not again

The food was tasty and came quickly. The same goes for the cocktails. The waitress was a little chilled, but polite. Only the background noise was disturbing. The many other guests were very noisy and the proximity to the road and the airport didn't make it any better.

Chose something from the lunch menu at the Arizona Kitchen. Schnitzel with salad and boiled potatoes. That was the worst plate I have ever eaten !!! On my many car trips, I know trucker grills that make this dish a lot better. The schnitzel was like a molded part from the frozen food in dripping fat from the deep fryer .. The boiled potatoes taste like they were left over from yesterday and are warmed up back on the plate. . The only consequence of this dish was that the waitress canceled it on the bill !! If you can't do schnitzel you shouldn't put it on the lunch menu either !!!!!!!! I'm looking forward to my trucker grill on the federal road ... ... it can do schnitzel !!!!

Large portions and was very tasty😋. Service was also very good and friendly. Unfortunately we did not make it to the cocktails (which also looked delicious and big). But we'll be back 😊.

Authorized only 1 star. There were two of us and we made reservations. At the same time as us, an older couple arrived without a reservation. They immediately got a prepared table. Our reserved table had to be cleared first. Then we were finally allowed to sit down. Our table was good with only one menu. The older couple next door was served after 5 minutes and got their drinks quickly. After another 5 minutes, they were asked about the meal. With us, it looked very different. Except for one menu, nothing else came up. After waiting 20 minutes we decided to go. Just a cheek. Poor preparation, worse service. Absolutely not recommendable! (We were out in suit and dress)

I was there for the first time and found the food very tasty 😋. The service was attentive and friendly. Definitely unusual with the mask. Will come back for sure! Also recommended with a dog

Great meal here. Chicken wings and rib combo. Very tasty and came with lovely wedges and dip. Followed by ice cream and cherrys in hot sauce. Staff were very helpful and friendly and made a great effort to speak english as my german is terrible. Thanks

Arizona Fisch platter was delicious. Recommending it if you like salmon prawns and squids.

Delicious food with a rich taste in every bite; also the beverages are well prepared like the Cairi and other cocktails. There is indoor and outdoor space and the chairs are comfy and prices are fair. Great place to go by walking from the Nordport Plaza hotel.

This is an only place arond in industrial area to have a meal. Large outside area to sit with friends. Food is mixed - traditional and mexican. Plates are really big. Prices are average. Service is friendly, a bit slow, but it is ok - the place was almost fully booked.

Lovely and helpfull staff, the food is amazingly delicious. Would for sure visit again on my next trip to Hamburg

Not the burger I was expecting. Maybe other food is good but definitely don't recommend the burger, meat quality is very low. I didn't like it.

Really good food in a great atmosphere. Price can not be beat! The staff is very helpful and friendly. For football fans, the Barecke is available with several screens.

Ok... but not more... had a lunch at the place... Big burgers... but I think they forgot the cheese on my one...

We've been there on a Saturday afternoon. Tasty food in well but not too big portions. Staff (1f+1m) were both friendly and quick, we also noticed, that at least the guy's English was fluent. All in all a nice place, so we will come back.

TexMex; well not really if it's called "Arizona". But you get the gist; American style burger place with good selection of meals. Stopped here for lunch on a business trip. Fine and reasonably priced.

Nice diner, I had the spareribs, they where good. Portions are big at a reasonable price. Don't expect high quality food or a special menu, just plain American food.
